FETN Special Interest Groups

General Steering Committee

The purpose of this committee is to help steer the strategic development of FETN services, to ensure all members across the Further Education and Training Sector get what they need from the network to support them in their endeavours. This committee also focus helps to ensure a vibrant, active and beneficial membership.

Professional Standards Committee

One of FETN’s key aims is to support the improvement of tutorial, support and learner development across the sector. This committee provides an opportunity to work with others to promote professional standards, help to develop future CPD and secure recognition for tutorial managers and practitioners.

Resource Development Committee

Members of FETN benefit greatly from shared ideas and resources. The purpose of this committee is to develop resources that support managers and practitioners in their daily work, and to help prepare for changes in the sector that impact on tutorial, support and learner development.
