We are currently organising the first dates for our Virtual Regional Meetings and will publish these as soon as they have been confirmed with our new Regional Representatives. This is an exciting new development designed to maintain accessible support and keep our conversation flowing, all in the comfort and convenience of your own office!
Also, if you have recently registered to join one of the newly created FETN Committees we will be in touch shortly. If you have not registered an interest but would like to do so we would be very pleased to hear from you. As an FETN member you have the option of joining one of the following committees:
- Professional Standards Committee: be part of team committed to driving up standards and securing recognition for tutorial managers and practitioners
- Resource Development Committee: work with enthusiastic, like-minded colleagues across the sector to develop resources that support managers and practitioners in improving practice (and develop your own tutorial/learner support tool-kit in the process)
- FETN General Steering Committee: help to steer the strategic development of FETN services and support to ensure all members across the Further Education and Training Sector, get what they need from the network to support them in their endeavours.
Alternatively, you can elect to become a Regional Representative, helping to promote good practice, share development opportunities and encourage pertinent debate with colleagues in your region.
All these activities will be either led by or directly supported by Dr Sally Wootton, FETN Founding Director. For further details or to participate in any of the above, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Sally on 0780 058 5595
